TRAVEL DIRECTIONS:  FRONTZ – MONTGOMERY WEDDING

DESTINATION:  Home of Steve and Liz Nelson in WINSTON PLACE development. Winston Place is at the intersection of Matlock Road and Highway 242. Highway 242 is also known as Plano-Richpond Road.

Winston Place is not yet showing in the GPS systems that we tested.  However, using the ‘intersection’ function, you may get your GPS to take you to the location. The entry gate is on Matlock Road, south of HWY 242

Directions from I-65 to Winston Place: (Allow about 20 minutes to get to the Wedding Site from I 65)

Take Exit 22

IF COMING FROM NORTH (LOUISVILLE) , bear right onto 231 Scottsville Road (heading west, north west). Shift to the far left turn lane before the next light, Three Springs Road. You are on Three Springs Road if you pass Bob Evans and Hampton Inn.

IF COMING FROM SOUTH (NASHVILLE), turn left at the top of the ramp onto 231 Scottsville Road (heading west, northwest).  Keep in the left lane and at the second stop light, enter the turn lane to Three Springs Road. You will pass Hampton Inn, Bob Evans Restaurant after you turn.

ONCE ON THREE SPRINGS ROAD, you will continue for 3.5 miles to a flashing light. This is LONG ROAD.

TURN LEFT on LONG ROAD.  Continue until LONG ROAD ends at a three way intersection among horse farm properties.    When LONG ROAD ends….

TURN RIGHT on MATLOCK ROAD.  Continue on Matlock Road to HWY 242.  This is a bit of a winding drive of  3 miles through beautiful farms and homes.

When you come to the Matlock/Highway 242 intersection, WINSTON PLACE is visible through the intersection and on your right. Continue on MATLOCK ROAD about ¼ mile. The entrance to Winston Place is on your right and is marked by large gates.  Turning in through the gates, you are on Winston St. and the gathering spot is the FIRST HOUSE ON THE LEFT.  You may park on either side of the street.
