Jesus and His disciples encounter a massive crowd with many needs. Jesus spends the day among them, healing the sick and teaching. As evening falls another need appears: they are hungry. Jesus works one of His most recognized miracles, the feeding of the thousands. However the response of the crowd exposes their lack of hunger for eternal things. They still can’t see that Jesus is the Son of God, come to take away their sins. What are you hungry for?
