All of the marks of the highly effective church seem to work in concert to accomplish this final element – evangelism. In other words, as the church committed itself to learning, to fellowship, to communion, to prayer, to care, and to worship it WAS EVANGELIZING. Evangelism is, then, not so much something you do as it is something that happens when the church is faithful to do what she is called to.
