We will be in BG on Easter. We would like to attend a worship service that is Reformed and uses traditional congregational singing of hymns. I don’t want a praise team to lead the singing, but do enjoy a choir and anthem. Does this describe your worship service? If not, is there a Reformed church in town like this.

Thanks for your note and inquiry regarding our worship here at Grace. We are a small fellowship committed to the doctrines of grace and in that sense, thoroughly Reformed. Our worship is an expression of that conviction in several ways … we seek to bring glory to God for His matchless grace in all we say, sing, or do in our worship. Our songs are a reflection of that in their content and their conveyance. That doesn’t limit us to only traditional hymns – but they surely form the heartbeat of our expression of praise from week to week. We have been blessed with those gifted to aid our worship through instruments (French horn, clarinet, violin, flute, piano, etc) that form a small orchestra of sorts. We have a small choir that adds to our worship periodically – though not every week. Our preaching is centered on the Word of God – – and is most often expositional in delivery.
I hope this description helps … our calendar for Easter morning is as follows:
8:00 am – The Lord’s Supper – Communion at the Lord’s Table
8:30 am – Breakfast Fellowship
9:30 am – Worship
