Pastor Steve shares these links to stimulate some Thursday Thoughts…

Doodling GPS – An Artistic Pastime: “Stephen Lund considers the Canadian city of Victoria his canvas and a bicycle his brush. And the paint? Strava, a GPS tracking system which marks his routes with crimson lines.” Check out his art HERE.

Describing Yourself – Dr. David Murray writes: “If you could choose a symbol of your life from nature, something that would describe and define you, what would you choose? A mountain – to portray your reliability? A rose – to convey your beauty? A stallion – to impress with your strength? An orange tree – to remind of your fruitfulness? Jesus chose a grain of wheat. A tiny, insignificant, unnoticed, little-thought-upon seed. And a dying one at that.” You should read the story of the Grain of Wheat HERE.

The Beauty and Challenge of Singleness – Drew Hunter at The Gospel Coalition writes: “What does it mean to live as a single man in today’s world? Some men are single at 20, others at 60. Some are single by choice, others by undesired circumstance. Some have always been single, others become so again following divorce or the death of a spouse. How does God’s Word give us a vision for living single for his glory?” You can read the rest HERE.
