Jesus declared, “I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will not walk in darkness, but will have the light of life.” That truth is made possible because He walked through the darkness of God’s judgment that our sin deserved. Jesus died in darkness, fully satisfying God’s righteous demand and now all those who believe in Him walk as children of light.
